REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
Full payment is due upon registration. Registrations will be accepted until the class is full. Registration/payment for the next session is due by the last class of the current session. Payments can be dropped in the black mailbox outside the office or to the office staff.

**You are welcome to join our classes at anytime within the session if there is room. A prorated fee will be available.

 

REFUNDS
Sorry, NO refunds after the session has begun.

 

WAIVER
All students participating in classes, open gym, birthday parties or other events must have a waiver signed by a parent/guardian prior to participation. WAIVER FORM

 

CLASS PLACEMENT
Four or more gymnasts must be enrolled for a class to run. Coaches reserve the right to move a student in accordance to their ability and potential from level to level, or from group to group to ensure a proper learning environment

 

    CLOTHING    
For the safety of gymnasts and instructors, students must wear a shirt tucked into a shorts or leotards (without a skirt). NO JEANS, SOCKS, OR TIGHTS. We also ask that NO JEWELRY be worn.

 

MAKE-UPS
Make-up classes must be scheduled with the office within 30 days of the missed class or the class will be forfeited. If you scheduled a make-up and are unable to attend, please cancel or leave a message prior to the make-up. All NO SHOWS without prior cancellation will count as the child’s make-up. A courtesy phone call that your child will be absent to his/her regular class is appreciated.

 

SPECTATORS
Family is always welcome! For the safety and respect of the gymnasts and coaches, all spectators (including non-participating children) are asked to view from the entry area only. Safety comes first and spectators can be a distraction.  No flash photography is allowed. Please use caution when observing.

COVID-19 Spectators: Viewing is limited for necessary circumstances! A mask and social distancing is required.

 

BEHAVIOR
Instructors will make all attempts to maintain control within the class. If a child becomes a behavior distraction and the instructor is unable to correct the problem, he/she will be asked to sit out for the remainder of the class. This is in respect to the gymnasts who are trying to learn. No make-ups will be given for classes missed due to behavior problems.

 

SEVERE WEATHER
MAGS does NOT follow school closures. MAGS may close in the event of severe weather. Any closings will be posted on our website home page as well as our Facebook page!
